Congratulations to the band and guard for the results at the two contests that we attended this year.
At Northgate, the band and guard received excellent ratings and the percussion and drum major received superior ratings. Also, in class AA competition our guard and percussion placed 2nd and our drum major placed 1st. The drum major also place 1st in the Silver Division which at this contest includes class A and AA.
At Rockmart, the band received excellent ratings while the guard, percussion, and drum major received superior ratings. Also, all areas placed in class AA competition at Rockmart. The band placed 3rd in our division and the guard, percussion, and drum major placed 1st in our division and 3rd overall.
There was great improvement throughout the season that we will continue to look for throughout the year. Thank you for your continued support!
