- Equipment/Pit report to band room – 11:00 AM
- Band and Guard report to band room – 11:30 AM
- Depart – 12:00 PM
- Arrive approx – 5:00 PM
- Game begins – 7:30 PM
- Depart Festival approx – 10:30 PM
- Bus returns to AHS approx – 3:00 AM
The stadium is located behind the Board of Education building at
555 Sunset Blvd, Jesup, GA
When we arrive to the stadium there will be pizza and drinks available for the band. Please eat before arriving to AHS; we will not be stopping for food until we arrive at the stadium.

Any parent who wishes to chaperone should contact Cathy Wright at secretary@bandofahs.com to sign up. If you have chaperoned for us this year there will be no charge for your ride on the charter. The band boosters will help offset the cost. If you have not previously chaperoned, it will cost $20.00 to ride the charter. This will help us pay for all expenses that will be incurred on this trip.
Tickets for the game are $12.00
