- Band and Guard report to band room – 10:45 AM
- Depart – 11:15 AM
- Arrive – 12:15 PM
- Warm-up – 1:30 PM
- Performance – 2:20 PM
- Awards Ceremony – 8:00 PM
- Depart Festival approx – 9:00 PM
- Bus returns to AHS approx – 10:30 PM
Don’t forget that in order to ride home with a parent from this event you must turn in the Request for Use of Private Transportation by Thursday, October 10. This form can be found in the bandroom and online on our information and forms page.

Change of clothes
Money for food, etc. Concessions will be available at the festival.
Directions to Rockmart High School:
I-20 W to Exit 24 (Hwy 61/Hwy 101N)
Turn Right off of interstate and go to three way stop
Turn Left at the three way stop and follow Hwy 101N to Hwy 278\
Turn Left onto Hwy 278 and follow it to Hwy 113 (Cartersville Hwy)
Turn Right onto Hwy 113 and follow it 0.7 mi, Rockmart High School is on the Right
