Dates/Times:
November 5, 2010 – Fri.
5:45 pm to 9:00 pm Rehearsal
November 6, 2010 – Sat.
9:00 am to 12:00 noon Rehearsal
12:00 noon to 1:30 pm Lunch Break
1:30 pm to ~ 4:15 pm Rehearsal
6:15 pm Final Rehearsal and Warm-up
7:00 pm Concert
Every effort will be made to ensure that all rehearsals begin and end on time. Please make arrangements for all transportation to and from the rehearsal and performance site. Students should be picked up immediately after rehearsals are concluded. Please note: All students must leave the school at 4:15 p.m. and return at 6:15 p.m. on the day of the performance. No student will be permitted to stay during this break.
