1. Band and Guard report to band room – 8:30 AM
2. Depart – 9:00 AM
3. Arrive – 10:00 AM
4. Warm-up – 11:10 AM
5. Performance – 12:10 PM
6. JSU Performance – 10:00 PM
7. Awards – 10:30 PM
8. Bus returns to AHS approx – 12:00 AM – 12:30 AM
Please note: If there is enough interest there may be a bus available to bring students back early. Students will have the opportunity to sign up to come home early during the week. Students should sign-up no later than Friday morning if they intend to return early. If enough students sign-up the early bus will arrive back at Alexander at approximately 3:00PM.
