  2. Band and Guard report to band room \u2013 11:30 AM<\/li>\n
  3. Depart \u2013 12:00 PM<\/li>\n
  4. Arrive approx \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n
  5. Game begins \u2013 7:30 PM<\/li>\n
  6. Depart Festival approx \u2013 10:30 PM<\/li>\n
  7. Bus returns to AHS approx \u2013 3:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The stadium is located behind the Board of Education building at
    \n555 Sunset Blvd, Jesup, GA<\/p>\n

    When we arrive to the stadium there will be pizza and drinks available for the band.\u00a0 Please eat before arriving to AHS; we will not be stopping for food until we arrive at the stadium.<\/p>\n

    If you are not able to attend, please e-mail musicofahs@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Any parent who wishes to chaperone should contact Cathy Wright at secretary@bandofahs.com<\/a> to sign up.\u00a0 If you have chaperoned for us this year there will be no charge for your ride on the charter.\u00a0 The band boosters will help offset the cost.\u00a0 If you have not previously chaperoned, it will cost $20.00 to ride the charter.\u00a0 This will help us pay for all expenses that will be incurred on this trip.<\/p>\n
