  1. Band and Guard report to band room \u2013 11:30 AM<\/li>\n
  2. Depart \u2013 12:00 PM<\/li>\n
  3. Arrive \u2013 1:00 PM<\/li>\n
  4. Warm-up \u2013 2:00 PM<\/li>\n
  5. Performance \u2013 2:45 PM<\/li>\n
  6. Awards \u2013 9:20 PM<\/li>\n
  7. Bus returns to AHS approx \u2013 11:30 PM<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0If you are leaving early with a parent, we must have a note and it should be turned in by Thursday, October 3.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Please eat before arriving at AHS.\u00a0 We will not have time for lunch prior to our performance. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
