2016 Stage Crew

The 2016 Stage Crew for CATS has been selected.  Thank you to all who applied to be a part of the stage crew.  We had many great applicants, but unfortunately only have room for a few.  If you are an underclassman, please apply next year. The following people will be responsible for coming to rehearsals for the next two weeks.  After that time, a few of you will be selected to help with dress rehearsals and shows.  We will not need a full crew for this and the ones not selected will be considered “on call”.

Please bring your $25 stage crew fee to the first rehearsal on Tuesday.  Also, wear black as we will be taking a photo for the program at this time.

Spring Musical – CATS Information for Parents

Spring Musical CATS: March 18 @ 7pm; March 19 @ 7pm; March 20 @3pm; March 25 @7pm; March 26 @3pm (teacher appreciation show; show teacher ID for 1 free admission) & @7pm. TIX: $10 adults; $7 for students.  NO RESERVED SEATING.  Seating for Booster Club members begins 20 minutes before curtain; advanced tickets will be allowed seating 10 minutes before curtain; all others will be admitted as soon as advanced tix are seated.
We need parent volunteers to sell concessions for each show.
We plan to sell the following items at each show: flower bouquets; drinks; snacks; t-shirts.
We need donations of 2-ltr Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Honeybuns, Chips, Candy bars (Kit Kats, Snickers, Milky Way).
We need a parent volunteers to decorate the lobby with pictures of CATS.
The digital rights for black and white headshots for each cast member are available for $5.00. Pay cash to Ryan C. Richardson (students can give money to Mrs. Rager in Room 107). View headshots at  flickr.com/ryancrichardson   after Tuesday, February 23.
All students must sell $100 worth of program ADS. Ads pricing: ONE Inside front cover $150; ONE inside back cover $150; ONE back cover $200. In the program, ads are priced as follows: $100 for full page; $50 for half page; $25 for 1/4-page; $15 for business card. Give money to Mrs. Chandler. Send digital copy of ad (.pdf or .jpg) to jellicleahs@yahoo.com    All ads must be submitted by Wednesday, March 2, 2016.
